SCAGE: A brand consultancy’s website, store and studio in one
A website for SCAGE, a Nigerian brand consultancy, with a 3D glass logo, an online store for business registration and branding services, a client portal that tracks every order, and an AI content studio for the team.
SCAGE has helped more than 100 brands since 2016 with naming, identity, strategy and growth, and handles CAC business registration for many of the founders it works with. Most of that work arrived through calls and WhatsApp, and every order meant chasing details, documents and payments by hand.
The brand also needed a website that matched the quality of its work. A consultancy that tells clients to look the part cannot have an ordinary site.
And like every agency, the team needed to keep posting good content about its own brand without it taking over the week.
What we built
We built SCAGE a premium website and the system behind it: a store where clients choose a registration or branding service, pay online and answer a few questions one at a time, a portal where they follow every step until the work is done, an admin for the team, and a content studio where Claude helps write and design posts in the SCAGE brand.
Inside the build
- 3D glass logo: The SCAGE icon is drawn in 3D from the logo’s own shapes, with a fallback for devices without 3D graphics, and grows as you scroll.
- Client wall: A 3D coverflow of client logos on the homepage, managed by the team from the admin with a light or dark card for each.
- Online service store: 33 services for registration, compliance, company changes, branding, design and content, each with clear prices and turnaround times. The team can add new services and change prices without a developer.
- Secure online payment: Paystack checkout for every service, with payments confirmed on the server and projects created only for paid orders.
- One question at a time: Each service has its own intake form, shown one question at a time with uploads for IDs and documents, so even first-time founders finish it easily.
- Client portal: Clients sign in to see each project by its code, follow every stage until their certificate or brand files are ready, and pick up where they left off.
- Email updates: Branded emails tell clients about each change on their project, and every update is sent exactly once.
- Team admin: Manage projects, clients, prices, the client wall and team invitations in one place, with removed projects kept in a trash until deleted for good.
- AI content studio: Brief, copy, design and caption for each post, with Claude doing each step, eight slide layouts, four brand templates, the team’s own images and earlier versions kept.
- Research and review: The studio can look things up on the web with sources before writing, review each finished design and suggest fixes, and plan a week of post ideas.
- Shared knowledge base: Notes and text from uploaded PDF and Word files, plus the team’s best past posts, guide every piece of content Claude writes.
- Locked down by design: Database access rules are the real security layer, tested automatically, so clients only ever see their own projects and the studio stays team only.
